PNEUMATIC SELF-BALANCING MANIPULATOR WITH PNEUMATIC CONTROL

 

The Ergo-Help EHMP Manipulator is an ergonomic, material handling device which enables its operator to maneuver heavy loads with speed and ease, assisted by pneumatic lifting force.

 

The in-line mounted control allows for direct manipulation of the load, turning the task of moving heavy items into a natural and effortless movement, with a near-zero learning curve requirement. This equates to marked decreases in worker fatigue and injury, while greatly enhancing production efficiency, thus reducing costs and time.

 

The articulating arms & lifting cylinder assembly could be mounted on our floor post, or onto the customer's own platform, rail, or crane system.  The components are overhead-mounted and low profile, allowing for a notable reduction in space requirments while increasing the working envelope.

 

 The standard EHMP Manipulator comes equipped with a lifting hook serving as the end tool.  Air-powered end-effectors are available, as is custom-designed end tooling.  Let us know about your application...we'll come up with an end-effector to meet your particular material handling requirments.

ARTICULATING ARMS FOR MANIPULATORS AND JIB CRANES

 

The standard EHMT Manipulator is equipped with a 2-arm swing assembly (model EHA-30S-30S, assembly pattern E), with a reach radius of 60", a maximum weight load of 120 lbs, and configuration for a top-mounted cylinder. 

Reach, weight ratings, and assembly patterns for alternate mounting of cylinder and tooling could all be customized to your specs with other arm assembly configurations:

 COMPACT MOBILE MANIPULATOR PLATFORM WITH EXTENDING STABILIZING ARMS

The EHP-1 platform fits the bill when post-mounted manipulator requirements call for a mobile base, generally in applications where quick relocation of the unit is an essential specification.
